  • Contain software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

• License Grant for Submitted Recipes: By submitting recipes or other content via the Google Form linked from our Website, you grant Pinnacle Recipes a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such submitted content (including any text, images, or other materials provided) in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including on the Website, social media channels, newsletters, or other promotional materials, without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license for any content you submit.
• Monitoring and Enforcement: We have the right (but not the obligation) to:
  • Review, screen, remove, or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
  • Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, or could create liability for Pinnacle Recipes.
  • Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted or submitted and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.
