Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 lbs boneless
skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1" cubes
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours.
Preheat grill to 400–450°F. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning every 3–4 minutes.
Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and side dishes.
