Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • - 2 tbsp sour cream
  • - 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • - 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • - 1 tbsp honey
  • - 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • - 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1" cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
  • Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours.
  • Preheat grill to 400–450°F. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning every 3–4 minutes.
  • Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and side dishes.
