Instructions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high (375–400°F).
Clean and season griddle surface.
Marinate chicken (30 min to 24 hrs).
Create multiple heat zones for searing and finishing.

Check internal temperature: 165°F breast, 175°F thighs.
Let rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing and serving.
