Instructions
 

  • Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high (375–400°F).
  • Clean and season griddle surface.
  • Marinate chicken (30 min to 24 hrs).
  • Create multiple heat zones for searing and finishing.
  • Cook chicken: 6–8 min per side (breast), 8–10 min (thighs).
  • Check internal temperature: 165°F breast, 175°F thighs.
  • Let rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing and serving.
